We built a mobile-first, AI-driven CRM assistant designed for the reality of modern work — where decisions happen on the go, context is fragmented, and speed matters. Hints automates distribution workflows while integrating seamlessly with tools teams rely on.
My work contributed to a 40% lift in ARR, a 3× increase in conversion rates, a 4× improvement in time to production, AI integration into design workflows, and validation of 100+ product hypotheses. The result is a new interaction model for CRM: lightweight, mobile-native, AI-assisted, and embedded directly into everyday workflows.
